When a death occurs, we will walk you through the entire arrangement process. We want to help you to make this process as smooth and easy for you as we can. The process involves:

• Schedule for the removal of the deceased person
• Provide information for the Death Certificate
• Selection of the casket, urn or any other products you might need
• Schedule of the funeral services, including the location, date and time
• Selection of flower arrangements
• Draft and schedule of the obituaries with the newspapers
• Arrangements with the cemetery of your choosing

It is important for you to have the following information about your loved one available when you meet with our professionals to discuss the arrangements:

• Birth Certificate
• Social Security Card
• Voter Registration Card
• Veteran‘s Discharge Papers (Dd-214) if applicable
• Place of burial, if applicable
• Insurance Policy information, if applicable
• Recent Photograph
• Dressing Clothing

To help express your loved one's personality communicate your ideas, preferences and share your loved one‘s life story. Feel free to bring any memorabilia - like photos, videos, music, crafts, or treasured items - to pay tribute to your loved one. These elements create a special touch to the service.
